To schedule and confirm inspections, communicate with you about your inspection and our services, respond to inquiries, and operate our business.

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we use your phone number to send inspection scheduling, confirmations, and service-related updates. We do NOT share your phone number or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers (such as our SMS/telephony vendor) solely to deliver these messages on our behalf, and they may not use it for their own purposes.
Your choices / opt-out
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@polarishomeinspections.com. Opting out of texts will not affect our other services.
Data retention & security
We retain information as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
