I'm Aaron Lewis, founder of Polaris Home Inspections. For over ten years I've worked in residential construction across the DMV — flipping and renovating homes, and managing custom and spec builds from the ground up, close to 50 in all.
I've seen what gets buried behind drywall and rushed before a house hits the market. That's why I started Polaris — I know where older homes fail and where new builders cut corners, and I bring that builder's eye to every home I inspect, so you know exactly what you're buying.

What makes Polaris different
