Often, yes. Woodbridge 22193 is generally Dale City, 22192 is generally Lake Ridge and the Occoquan area, and 22191 is the older Route 1 side. The age and type of house usually tells us more than the ZIP, and we adjust the inspection to it.
Do I need a radon test in Woodbridge?
